Terrible service and attitude from store manage

On 27 of jan 2013 i went to the glen to do a sim swop, i casually walked into the store,

the guy behind the counter looked like he would rather be at sun city than helping customers leaning over the desk, i stared at him waiting for service but nothing,

i then just started talking and got starred at, i was interrupted halfway through my query when he looked at me and told me to sit and someone would help,

i did this only to see there were no chairs available, after listening to how the consultants spoke to their customers, utterly disrespectful i still sat down and gave them the better judgement,

the consultant finished with the client who was seated before me and then disappeared into the back?

after 10 minutes after being seated i was still not helped,

then a new client came in and immediately he was assisted for a sim swop,

this got me very upset after i had spent at least 20 minutes waiting,

i decided to complain and asked for the store manager,

the manager max made me wait even longer, no name tag an a normal clothes came strolling out like he was at a braai, he then gave more attitude to my wife, we then asked for his details so we stormed out
