Pathetic management

Claude - who is the branch manager - has absolutely no people skills, bad-mannered, no client centric abilities and undeniably no management qualities. I cannot believe that you can even place a person of that caliber in that position.

I went into the store yesterday to apply for 3 of the contracts that was advertised - (R99 pm R3000 voucher). I was told they were out of stock and I asked for a rain check. Clearly this didn't even know what I was referring to as the only thing he could say was "we are out of stock". Nowhere does it state "limited stock"...
He guy behind the Cellular counter was very helpful - Vikash. I think he was more embarrassed to see how his branch manager treated a client.

I completed the forms and I am now waiting to hear whether I can still get that deal. Can someone please give me feedback as I was in time for this deal, which ended yesterday, but due to an incompetent branch manager, who can't make decisions, I am now waiting?
