Incompetent Staff/ Manager at Game Returns counte

This is the very last time that I complaint about this store. Goes well for a few months after complaining and then again attitude from staff. I have spend Thousands of rands at this store and this is the treatment I get as a client and your staff is prepared to lose a loyal client over a R100 item. Remember word of mouth is very damaging to a store once the word gets out of how poorly your staff treat clients, due to the staff own interpretation/understanding of policy and the same goes for your call center agent whom gave me the same rendition. Your staff at the return counter needs to be disciplined and in the manner they speak to a person as if you are a far less superior then they are. I left this store extremely angry and upset as I do not tolerate this 3rd world service from stores. The so called manager in this department is a disgrace too and cannot be seen as a manager sitting on a bar chair and not even interested in you as the client but communicates in whisper language to I think a junior employee. Big thanks to Douglas whom saved the day and came back to resolve this matter at hand, after my terrible experience with your horrible staff at the returns counter.
