Shocking Attitude and Rude Manager

On Sunday 15/09/2013 I went to Game at Clearwater mall to buy laptops. I am a regular client at the store and in the past I have received excellent service from Israel and Aaron in the computer department. Earlier in the month I saw a certain type of special which the store had and I spoke to Aaron who advised me to come on Sunday because he was not at the store on Saturday. When I went to the store, I found a lady who was willing to help me. I requested for the price of serviced laptops which I have bought at the store before but she was not sure of the price. She took me to the manager's office and the service I got from this manager was shocking. When I was trying to explain to him what I wanted, he stopped me and asked " WHO ARE YOU, WHERE ARE YOU FROM, ARE YOU AN AUCTIONEER OR WHAT". These words were used in a rude manner even the consultant was shocked. When I told him how rude he was, he took out his phone and took a photo of me without permission. I alerted the mall management but still he was rude and said we were wasting his time. How can a manager behave in such a manner when the consultants give good service? This manager should be disciplined.
