Excellent Customer Service

I wish to commend Beatrice Ngeamu in the jewellery section of the Cresta Shopping Centre's Truworths for her excellent service. My mother had purchased two DKNY watches for me both of which had faults within the warranty period. After several attempts to have these fixed including a fruitless engagement with a Manager and Call Centre staff who never returned our calls as promised, Beatrice patiently handled our complaints and had the items sent to the manufacturer for repair and promptly advised us when they were ready.

In addition to solving the problem, she also followed up with us a few weeks later to check that all was in order, Service like this is a rarity and she has surpassed one of her superiors in the respectful manner she dealt with us. This made us feel like valued customers. We applaud her and hope more of your staff can follow suit.
