Putrid service

Good day
i have been a loyal customer for many years. I have recently received a R100 voucher from Truworths. I went and purchased an item on my card and I used the R100 voucher. To my disappointment the garment didn't fit well so I returned it. Upon returning it I was informed once the return was done that the voucher could not be reimbursed. however the returns policy states: " the amounts paid for the items shall be refunded in the same manner as it was originally paid." the staff were of no help and refused to even try to solve the problem. i am disgusted and saddened by this occurrence as my voucher has now gone 'down the drain'. i hope that this post will get me a speedy response as i am sick and tired of dealing with incompetent staff!!!
