I have had a complaint about my mattress open with Dial a Bed since the 28th of January 2013. It is now a full three months later, and the issue has not been resolved. I constantly have to follow up with them, and they keep telling me the problem is with the supplier. They have even mistakenly told me a new mattress had been delivered at one point. This is SHOCKING service!!!
