I have a customer complaint that I would like to log regarding the Durban - Phoenix branch of which makes me very angry &; to think about the incompetence of the staff members for a very high standard company, I am under the impression that the person just wanted to make a sale and earn a commission. I got my bridal ring in Aug 2012 and up until today I have not yet worn the ring at all - it has always been kept in the original box it come in. My wedding is on the 15th June 2013 & apparently I am unable to re-size my ring only to find out this weekend by the Clearwater Mall branch &; they cannot help me after a week of sending in the ring for repairs. And the only option is to make a special request which will take 8 weeks but bearing in mind the sales person at the Durban branch told me that I could re-size the ring to ANY size I wanted & should do it closer to the wedding date. Here I am tying to re-size me ring in time for my wedding &; they cannot re-size it &; if they make a special order it would take 8 weeks, which I do not have &; cannot wait for. Another sales person at Clearwater Mall tried to help &; out of all the rings in the shop I had 2 options... seriously?
