I recently placed my first order with Yuppiechef. With this being my first order, I was naturally anxious about when the order would arrive. I ordered on 27 April and by 02 May I had heard nothing about my order. I contacted Yuppiechef and Kaylee Clark emailed me to advise when the order would be delivered. The tone of the email was so friendly that she immediately put my mind at ease. There was no copy and paste reply. It was a personal reply. This, I soon realised, is what Yuppiechef is all about. They make customers feel like family. I received the order as promised. Everything was supremely well packed with no danger of breakage. Inside the box was a handwritten card from the Yuppiechef team, personally addressed to me, congratulating me on my purchase. This card, now, takes centre stage on our fridge. If that wasn't enough, I receive an email from Yuppiechef asking me if I have received my order as they don't always get feedback from their delivery company. The beauty of the entire process is nobody takes time to do this anymore. Nobody takes the time to make you feel like your business is really appreciated. Yuppiechef does. Yuppiechef has made a friend for life out of me
