Special Order Ring - No Action!

I special ordered a size M titanium ring in May of this year. When I went to collect on 26 July, the ring was too big, they had ordered a size N. When I queried this with the sales consultant, they said we must keep the ring and they will place a new order and when the new ring arrives we will exchange the items.

I went to check up on the order on 7 September. They looked through their records only to find that the consultant I dealt with had not confirmed the special order for the new ring. The consultant on duty asked me to fax till slips to her so that she could process the order. I did so this morning, but after confirming that she will be available today, she is nowhere to be found and it is apparent that I am asking too much of the other staff when I request that they check up on faxes etc.

With this bad attitude of ALL the staff members I have dealt with in this branch, I wonder why I even chose to do business with American Swiss in the first place!! When I get this ring, you can rest assured, I will not make that mistake again!
