My wife went to the SA Post office to hand in a parcel for delivery.
While completing the courrier documents, the teller put the parcel into a counter to counter service type bag without asking my wife. When the teller received the forms she saw that it was a counter to door parcel and couldnt chnage it because there is a R67 cost for the bag.
My wife had to pay for a bag that she cant use again because of the stupidity of the teller not being able to do her job probably. Why is it that we the customer should pay for the mistakes of the SA Post office, why cant they change the bag, its not our fault she didnt wate before she sent the parcel.
