I bought a stove and a DVD from this store on the 20th of April and was told I can collect it anytime just as long as it is before the 1st of May as the store is closing down! I make my own transport arrangements to collect my stuff and I decide to phone them on my way there so they could have my things ready! Withou being aplogetic the lady I talk to tells me my things are at the warehouse due to some or other reason! Bt nobody told me this and it gets me upset and I decide to cancel the transaction. The lady tells me it's fine I can come through to cancel! I get there they rudely tell me they can't process my request because they don't have cash. Now what upsets me more is the lady keeps on saying it's not her fault that my things are not at the store, it's not her fault that no 1 phoned me to advice of the situation at hand, it's not her fault that I was told to come in to do the cancellation whilst them being aware that it's a cash transactio and they don't have the cash! Now I asked her who's fault is it that all of this is happening? Is she saying it is my fault? They were very rude and unprofessional, no wonder why the store is closing down!
