WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

I first went to the store to apply for credit and the lady assisting me with the paper work was extremely unprofessional, rude and had no idea what "Treat your customer well" meant. As the sales lady was advising her about my documents on what I had and did not have, the lady doing the paper work snapped at the sales lady and broke out into a shouting competition. I was then told to return to the store with the missing document needed, however as I drove off I thought to myself that I did not want to go meet that cold lady again - she hardly even said hello when we first met, instead she gave me an up & down look - while she examined me. I then decided to just buy what I needed cash to avoid all the hassles and bad attitude. Little did I know that I was just digging my bad Joshua Doore experience even deeper. Today is Wednesday the 19th of June, I bought my fridge and microwave cash on Friday the 14th of June 2013, till today I have no items. I waited on Friday to goods home but I was told the warehouse is doing stock take & will advise when items can be collected. I left the shop after spending 3 hours there waiting for a solid response on collection - My ordeal was not just over yet
