Harassment from MBD collections

MBD legal collections has been harassing me for the past month regarding arreas on my account. After contacting miladys about it, they have no knowledge about this. But rather they are encouraging me to buy from their stores and shop. I contacted MBD collections with this info, they are agnorant and rude, very badly organised and cannot explain to me why I owe this money, but demand it from me. A silly amount of: at first an amount of around R120. Which is now R331.07. This is ridiculous. And I am in the credit bureau now for this nonsence. Explaining to miladys or the collection agency dosent help. I do not owe this money and Miladys nor the debt collectors can answer why I owe this. The harassing telephone calls and sms'es from MBD still continue. How does miladys conduct business? I don't need to shop at miladys if their service is as poor as this. I have many other stores to support. I am not at fault, my name should be removed from the credit bureau, miladys is causing me inconveience. I am aware that mr price and miladys are the same group. And I will be closing accounts. Even though I have not had problems with mr price. I don't have time for this petty.
