I was totally misled by SEESA into a contract that I was not happy with and the person that handles this type of query does not seem to think that my query is worth a response.
I have paid a monthly fee for 12 months which was towards my next years BEE rating only to be told that after 12 month I cannot stop my debit order otherwise they will not do my BEE rating. So in other words I have paid 12 instalments and I get nothing for my money unless I keep the debit order going. I was led to believe that this money went towards my next verification but it seems NOT. I thought that this way I wouldn't' have to outlay a lump sum when the time came due for the next verification. My money has gone into a bottom less pit. I could have invested that money on a monthly basis, received interest and then used the money to pay for my verification at any institute that I choose. Sadly THASHANA PILLAY will not respond to my e-mails. I will never ever use this agency again!!! I just hope that no one else gets caught.
