Bond is CANCELLED, yet FNB still takes Money

Business & Finance

I wish to know how is it possible for a debit order to go through, when a transferring attorney has requested cancellation figures. EVEN AFTER THE BOND WAS CANCELLED, the debit order keeps going through. I informed FNB mid January 2013 that I will be selling the properties. Tebogo, my so-called personal banker is of no use whatsoever as he is totally incompetent to solve even the smallest query. His answer: He is waiting for homeloans to get back to him. And every month FNB takes money from me. When will it end? According to my calculations, FNB owes me around 3 months worth of bond payments. And even if you make sure that there is NO MONEY in the account, the debit order still goes through. What do I have to do to get somebody in FNB to put a stop to this ludicrousness? Will it help if I suspend / close my FNB accounts as well?
