I will NEVER use vodacom again

After three months of struggling to get my debit order set up again after something went wrong by vodacom I eventually gave up and have had to go to a bank and pay the money in myself ever since. Even though I paid the money for the debit order which they never requested from my bank, I've had to pay the money AGAIN recently. It didn't show on any of my account statements for at least a year. After phoning them for an enquiry they suddenly cut off my phone saying that my account (which was paid up to date) is in arrears. After cancelling my contract I am now again billed a ridiculous amount of money for no reason. When calling the call centre the person who assisted me did not sound like she knows how to do anything on their systems. I've tried previously to use their call centre rating service but each time it would not accept my negative feedback and eventually cut me off.
