I started a 8ta contract and the first debit order was correct and at the next debit order was totally out of line and in that month I did not use the phone. I got a debit on my account two months back for R 1700 and then discovered that the funds was not taken on a monthly basis but a lump some was now all of a sudden taken. Then I received a sms from 8ta stating that I now need to pay over R 3000?? I am not at all happy wit the situation.
