WORMS IN IN HOUSE BRAND OATS

I bought Pick n pays no name brand oats in their Wynberg store 3 weeks and when I cooked it discovered worms in it after consuming it and also giving it to guests and 1 year old son. I returned it to the store and Gavin who is the store manager said was well we will give you your money back. I ten tried to sent them an email last week Friday as well as yesterday from their website and nobody has got back to me. I took pictures on that day and I am thinking of shaming them online and posting the pictures on their Facebook page. On that day their store first denied that it was worms in their oats and claimed it to be part of the oats he then took a closer look and found that it was really worms floating around in my bowl. the least that they can do is get back to me to me speedily.
