Worms in 10kg Blue Ribbon cake flou

Hi

I would like to forward my complaint with regards to worms being found in my 10kg pack of Blue Ribbon Cake flour.

I purchased a 10kg Packet of Blue Ribbon Cake Flour from Checkers Mt. Edgecombe. Upon opening the packet I discovered that worms were present in the flour. Usually I just take the flour back to the store that I purchased it from, however since this being the 6th or so time that this problem has occurred, I feel that I should contact you directly.

I have grown up with the Blue Ribbon brand being a part of my everyday life, and only since recent (The last 2 years or so) we occasionally discover worms in your product, hence we forced to check your product every time we purchase it. Being Hindus of firm belief and observing our 100% vegetarian fasts, worms being present or any form of life somehow getting into our foods, are very serious and I cant possibly emphasize how disappointing that is.

This is a serious infringement of or consumer rights, and by this problem occurring on a ongoing basis and your product coming from not just one, but various stores, then there is a serious problem, not just with regards to posing a threat to the decimation of religious observati
