Ude and swearing

This morning me and friend went to the kfc and I ordered oats, and my friend ordered oats and chicken, this woman did not ask how we want our oats, I asked how r u gonna know how we want our oats, and she just gave me attitude, and when the oats came it was dry, I asked her if she could put milk and that's when she started insulting me saying that she will show me, she will go outside and show me, she said am a who the do I think I am asking for extra milk, my friend said we should leave, she continued swearing when we walked out, I want u to deal with this with immeadete effect
