On Saturday the 20th of April 2013 I bought a Santiago Queen size bed set at Beares Secunda. On Saturday evening I made an electronic tranfer via Internet Banking to their account. On Monday my wife confirmed with them about receiving the amount as well as the date of delivery. They commit to have the bed set delivered within 3 days after confirmation by their accountant that the transfer is through. On Wednesday the 24th of April, the Branch Manager of Beares Secunda confirmed that the transfer for the full amount to Beares was successful. Today on the 25th of April they phoned my wife and said that the Santiago Queen size bed set is out of stock and that they can only deliver in 4 weeks time. I find this very unprofessional. The Branch Manager has no solution to the problem. My question is: Why did they sell the product if they do not have it in stock? Why do they commit to delivery within 3 days if they do not have stock? Do Beares really cares?
