Moldy Food sold at the bakery!!!

I bought a ham cheese n tomato sandwich from the bakery at pick 'n pay earlier today. When I arrived at my work place, i unwrapped the sandwich and realised that the bread underneath was burnt and moldy all over. I drove all the way back to the crescent to show the manager as i had already consumed a few bites of this item. All she could do was apologise and refund me. Does she not realise that this could have seriously affected a persons health. She then denied that it was moldy and told me that the cleaning staff did not wash the equipment properly. How can such a huge store not clean their equipment before using it??? This is utterly disgusting and disappointing. I have pictures of this. The health department would not tolerate such a huge store selling items of such low standard to their consumers.
