Well Done Tracy Lee

I purchased what I thought were a pair of CAT boots for my husband from a shop that displayed the CAT sticker, and therefore thought that it was reputable.

Well the sole came completely off and I contacted CAT who promptly had Tracy Lee contact me. I explained the problem and 2 days later the couriers collected the boot.

today I received a communication from Tracy Lee to advise me that in fact these boots were not genuine CATS, but fake. I was quite surprised as all the trademarks were well displayed in the shop (unfortunately it has closed down due to mega property development).

Well besides the fact that I was taken in, and that is entirely my fault, I have to compliment Tracy Lee on her prompt responses at each step of the whole process, and she is indeed a GREAT asset to CAT footwear, and to boot (no pun intended) she is couriering them back to me
