Still my repair is not sorted out

This report is a follow up on the previous report, as I never had a oppertunity to rate the feedback from this complaint. The Manager Mr Loots is NEVER avaiable and I mean NEVER. He either eats the whole day cos he is always on 'LUNCH" or he never comes to work. I left numerous requests for him to phone me back but he never does. I this is the reason why the staff does what they want!! HE is incompotant and should be demoted to a cleaner. I am still struggling to get a detailed quote from the repair centre they send the repair to. I refuse to pay R1500 for a tv that only had a problem with the picture. The original "book-in' was written "No heating up"? I struggle to understand what this has to do with no picture. 2nd ly after bringing this under Mrs Patience Sothuko'S ATTENTION she laughed and scratched over it saying "no power" I once again told her that this was not the problem and there suppose to stand "NO PICTURE" the unit does turn on and it does have sound. Just fix the picture, she doesnt listen and has a very, very, very Bad Attitude! She isnt even suppose to work with clients with her kind of attitude. I paid R350 for the quote already, yet nothing is being done!!!
