Expenses placed on my card whilst out of country

Amazing - After almost 1 year of having left South Africa and not using my edcon account - I suddenly receive a billing for almost the entire limit of the card. I have tried to contact the accounts department with absolutely no luck, no feedback and no clarification of what should be done. As I am still not living in South Africa - I hope they contact me as soon as possible - reimburse the amount onto my card and then close the account. For such a large company they are very poor at responding or keeping their employees in line - I can almost bet that this is an internal by one of their employees - I WANT TO SEE THE SIGNED SLIP OF WHAT WAS PURCHASED WITH THE SIGNATURE ETC ON IT. And then on top of that I nw receive emails and sms every day for new products and purchases I can make - DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH.
