Cancellation of airtime

Last year i was approached by jet staff advertising cell c sim card for 33 per month and you get 50 rand airtime for six months now six months have passed and it's almost a year and i'm calling this number to cancel: 086 033 2244 to cancel but to my suprise i still receive airtime even though i thought is cancelled, the service that i received was very poor and edcon is a very big company that is run by incompetent staff. always when i fone i must hold about 45 minutes before you can get help after that you will be told that everithing is in order but no changes on account, EDCON is this the way you treat your customer? i have been having this account for the past ten years being a loyalty paying customer i don't deserve to be treated this way and i hope the problem will be solved before i decide to close this account..
