Harrassment from billing department

I've had an Edgars account for almost 10 years now. I've always paid my account and had a good credit record with the company. I however decided to stop using my account during October 2012 due to the large amount of issues that I've had with items bought. Since then I have been harrassed on a daily basis by different Edcon employees asking me about my payment agreement.they phone me up to 9 times a day, look up my family members' details in the telephone directory and then phone my elderly grandmother at 07:00 in the morning, waking her up to ask where I am?!!! This after I have specifically given my info and payment agreement amount. Edcon has turned into a bunch of incompetent, worthless drones that cannot even get a request to load a note right!!! If this continue I will be opening a case of harrassment against the employees that did not listen to my requests. I am beyond angry and will do everything in my power to open everyone's eyes (including transunion-seeing that your company uses their details in your false sms's) to the blatent lack of customer skills. Edcon deserves to be taken to court for the fact that they harrass their clients
