No delivery of orde

I placed an order on 07/11/2013 via email with Leserskring (Ref 6405308) and received an email on 11/11/2013 saying that my order has been processed. Today 7 weeks later I have still not received my parcel. This is shocking! If i was not bound by the T&C's to remain a member for at least two years I would have immediately cancelled my membership. This is only my second order that I have placed but if this is the way things are going to work it is going to be a very long and frustrating two years!
