Bad attitude

I was shopping at discem on Saturday like I normally do on a monthly basis. I decided to look at the lipsticks to see if there were any new colors and obviously when shopping for lipsticks you test colors against your skin tone. I was suddenly approached by a lady named Sabina who very rudely and sarcastically said to me the testers are at the bottom which was totally out of context and then continued to tell me to put them back into place after testing as if I didn't know that already. I spend close to R2000.00 a month on toiletries, vitamins and medication if needed at Discem. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life. She made me feel like I was about to. I ended up leaving my trolley and walked out. She had really managed to spoil my entire Saturday morning shopping. What ever happened to CUSTOMER CARE!!! Really disappointed will think twice about shopping there again. I have since made 2 calls on Monday and today to Discem Parkmeadows. No one has bothered to get back to me.
