Clicks
Followed by security and bad service from staff

Hi,
I have been to clicks twice this week already and wasn't happy when leaving. On Monday I went in with my mum and fiance to get some foundation for my mum, the security followed us and watched us like a hawk the entire time, I know this is her job but it got to the point where we felt uncomfortable and my mother said lets just leave it and go buy somewhere else. Before leaving my fiance and I stopped to look at something and the till supervisor literally knocked us as she passed us, not even saying excuse me or anything and there was enough space to walk passed us without touching us. The clicks consultant that was there when we first got to the store didn't even greet us or offer to help us, neither did the 2 cosmetic consultants that was standing chatting in the corner. The next day when I took my elderly aunt shopping, she went in by clicks and yet again the security made me feel uncomfortable. she even followed me on my way back to the till after putting the trolley back. I have been shopping at clicks for years, I have never had any problem with them before but with how I feel now, I would rather go to Dischem. The Clicks staff just puts me off from visiting Blue Route Mall.
