Non payment

I sent some household furniture to Provenance auctions in August 2012. I have regularly phoned since that time to find out the progress of my stock but constantly have had excuses as to why I have not yet been payed for my sold stock. Excuses like they are busy with setting up their next auction. They are all out of town at this time and lately, that Paul has my invoice with him and will settle shortly. It is now 9 months down the line with no payment!
