MY ONLINE SHOPPING NIGHTMARE

On 2013 - 11 - 28 - I went onto your website for the first time, to do Online Shopping.
I had my little 8 month old baby at home with the start of pneumonia - so it was not possible for me to go out with her, to do grocery shopping.
My delivery was scheduled to take place on 2013-11-30 between 10:00 and 11:00.
I waited and waited, and no delivery came, and also no call.
At 12:00 I phoned the customer care centre, and was told that they will get back to me shortly, and would find out where my order is. - no phone call back.
At 14:00 I phoned AGAIN, and was told that they would find out where my order is. - No phone call back.
At 15:00 I phoned AGAIN, and was put through to Helen - Online Shopping Manager Boksburg Hyper - she told me that she would check where my order is. - She phoned me back after 20 minutes to tell me that my order could only be delivered on Monday, and I informed her that that would not suite me. I had specifically requested my order to be delivered on the Saturday.
At 15:30 I was put on conference call
