I bought a Haven bed from homechice last year December and it was deliverd on the 22nd December whithin a week the drawers were broken and I reported it several times but nothing was done so I decided to return the bed and it was collected on the 23/02 this year. On the 24th I emailed the invoices confirming the collection and I even phoned them reporting that I returned the bed and the consultant promised to credit my account within that week but till today I'm still receiving calls from Homechoice demanding Money they even sent me a letter saying I owe more that R1000 so I don't know what to do because I phone them almost every week and they are telling different stories. I am worried about this account because it is affecting my credit profile. The only thing that I want is for them to credit my account and settle it because I don't want anything from them.
