Done everything you asked with regard to my account query, you promised to credit my account for the pots i did not receive, now instead of you calling to tell me its been sorted I get call from vvw telling me that you have handed over my account to them. What the is that??? My wife asked you how much exactly I owe except these pots you could not tell her but said as soon as you credit you will send a statement, now instead i get call after call for not paying. You say I have arrears of more than R1000 whilst you took more than a year to resolve the matter.

I am so tired of this!! I work so hard for my money now you want to rip me off. Have sent you the mail I received from your lawyers and as always you do not respond. What do yo want me to do??? I want a statement so that i can pay what i owe and close this account.
