Replacement of a frying pan that was returned

I bought a set of pots from homechoice last year but the frying pan was broken I returned it back, in October I called them to confirm if they recieved it of which they did. They told me that they will replace it I've been waiting for my frying pan since last year November but I haven't recieve it till today. I"ve been calling them several times but nothing is happening and what hurt me most is that the account is paid off but they are failing to replace the frying pan. Please assist me to get my frying pan back.
