I lodged a complaint over a year ago about my watch. I am giving you people 7 working days to get back to me otherwise I am taking this matter to the small claims court. You cannot from people and expect them to just let it go. You have been promising to get to the bottom of this & 1 year later I am still waiting. Used to support your brand so much. What a disappointment.
