Paid Municipal account via Pick 'n Pay at Hillcrest Boulevard in Pretoria on 15.4. Tshwane Municipality did ignore my payment. Took case up with P&P management. Was promised that Cape Town head office would come back to me next day. Did not. Manager at Hillcrest not available. No one else offered help. Incapable. Helpline bad attitude. Refused to be given email of area manager. Finally gave me Head Office Nr in Jo'burg. Call was not answered. In desparation looked for contact in Fresh Living. Editor displays large picture of herself but no email address. Contacted suppliers to get through to PnP. Fresh Living did not come back to me. Tried Helpline again. Miriam called back from Head Office. Explained my problem. Miriam offered to call me back within an hour. Still waiting. Pick 'n Pay customer skills is pathetic. Don't care, don't help, don't follow up, don't keep promises. Management appearsto be high and mighty.
