Laser printer sold without features as advertised

On Saturday i purchased a HP ColorJasetM175 at Game Tygervalley which was supposed to be wireless capable as advertised. I took it back on Sunday after I discovered that it was not capable of Wireless. The salesman in the computer dept referred me to Canal Walk and ensured that they have 8 in stock with wireless capable. I drove 20km through to Canal Walk and found they have the same model as Tygervalley. Neville the salesman ensured me he would phone buyer on monday morning. I followed up on Monday and Neville was off sick. I spoke to Oshana the manager and she would take it up with the buyers and get back to me. I tried phoning the Tygervalley branch but they were closed for stock take. On Tuesday still no feedback. I phoned Oshana again and she gave me a number for Nelene Moodley in Durban. When I phoned the number she was on leave and then spoke to Dino who would get back to me. Today I phoned again and Dino is in Jhb and spoke to Nicholas who would follow up and get back to me. Now it is Wednesday - 4 days later and still no feedback and none of the individuals i spoke to came back to me once.
