Really bad service!

On Monday 22 April I went into Russells in Ficksburg and chose 2 items which I would like. Two days later and the branch is telling me there is still a system error on their computers and they have been unable to proceed with the application. I phoned Head Office. The woman there contacted the branch who said they were waiting for me to bring in the insurance and life cover papers - for items for R3, 500!!! I said that is not what they are telling me, that they are telling me system error. I phoned the branch and asked them how they could be saying this when they keep telling me system error. She said she is waiting for insurance papers. I told them to proceed with the application. For the love of... What must one do to make a purchase? I have phoned Head Office back for the Regional Manager's number, which after waiting on hold for 3 minutes, I got. I have tried to phone the Regional Manager and the phone just rings. Are we wanting to do business here or should I completely forget about being your customer because as I sit here, I can gladly walk away! Not impressed at all. Further complaint about attitude of Credit Manageress at Ficksburg to follow.
