My account was use without my permission

Hello peter. I have clothing account with jet Messina branch. My problem is i pay my account but the installment keep on increasing, i once went to the branch to ask about my account they told me that I took phone and phone insurance and some other items, which I don't know about. They ask me to come back when the manager is back. I went there several times to talk to the manager, he just keep on telling me that he is waiting for some document from head office.
