King Koil
Very bad product

We purchased a King Koil bed from Furniture City Midrand on 22/02/2013. This was our 2nd King Koil purchase. However after a week of using the bed we started experiencing back pain. We changed our mattress with our original King Koil and there were no further issues. We have recently had guests stay with us for a week, using the bed we bought on 22/02/2013, and they too have experienced back pain after the 2nd night.

We sent a mail to Corporate email address from King Koil and they asked us to send the tag from the side of the mattress, We are still waiting for a response.

What a waste money. I would never buy or recommend their product to anyone. Bad product, pathetic service!!! Stay far away!!
