Wrong information

I am very disappointed in SAGB Advisory Services, how they misled me in giving me the wrong information.

On the 15th October 2009 Anele Murray email me that our Medical premium at Discovery will only be R958.00 for myself, my husband and my child. With this premium in mind (information), I let the consultants go head with this Discovery Medical Health plan, because I couldn't at that time afford more. The reason for this is my husband was unemployed and I was a contract worker, like have explained this to Fritz Greyling (Anele boss at that time).

After awhile (the premium was been deducting directly from my bank account), I couldn't understood why my salary is so less at the end of each month. Till I found out I was paying much more for my medical aid than I have agreed on. The agreeable amount as above for R958.00 and not the amount that I was paying for 6 months.
