Pathetic Customer Service!!!

We came into the mall on Sunday and purchased clothing, only to find out that we were chared twice for a R625 dress!!! I immediatley called the store when i got home and they confirmed that we can go into any store to have the duplicate payment reversed. We live in Lenasia and work in Fourways. Going back to Clearwater mall was not an option!!! Today (15/10/2013) we went to the Fourways mall and were refused assistance. We had to call the clearwater branch again to have the matter sorted. It is so dissapointing that we need to run back and forth for the pathectic service that we have received. Perhaps if your staff actually paid attention to what thet were doing we would never be in this situation in the first place. I expect feedback within 24 hours or else I will escalate this to the General manager and as well as the head of Truworths.
