Technician call out - Failure to arrive

I purchased a KIC fridge the 29/04/2012. The fridge is not even a year old but the freezer keeps over freezing as the rubber around the door of the freezer does not seal all the way round.

I logged a call on the 15/04/2013 for a technician to come out on the Saturday 20/04/2013. We waited the entire Saturday with no phone call from the technician to cancel or make arrangements for another appointment.

I call the call center this morning (23/04/2012) gave them my ref number. The lady kept me on hold to call the technician. She then advised the the technician (Sam) will call me back. I asked he what was his reason for not pitching up. She can not tell me.

The service is pathetic and poor and as a customer i do not see why i should be chasing the technician when it should be the other way around.
