Never Received Products or Feedback - Disgusted!

I ordered and paid for products on Dis-Chem's website. The website claims that products are delivered in 3-5 working days. After not receiving anything 7 days later, i emailed Dis-Chem to find out why nothing had been received. It has now been 11 days and I haven't had a single response.

Dis-Chem has taken my money and not delivered my products. I am utterly disgusted and infuriated!
