Dis-chem cheats customers-customer service is LAZY

For the past few months I have been querying the same incident, through email and facebook to the dis-chem team... no response and it seems the behavior from the staff at the dis-chem at long meadow is condoned and encouraged by head office.

I wanted to purchase a few bottles of bergamensis which was priced 7.99... when I got to the till- the price wrung up differed, the teller along with the packer of that aisle accompanied me to witness that indeed there are more bottles left on that shelf and the price I argues is indeed 7.99... the teller and packer made note, then called upon their manager friend- who gave me such disgusting attitude and had the nerve to tell me that there is nothing she can do- and I can only purchase the items at the price wrung up at the till..she cannot correct it!!!???..

now, for the past months i have been notifying all relevant parties of this matter and there has been no reply on any end... I want to go back to the same dis-chem branch, I want to buy the same items at the price that i saw and that the teller and packer witnessed too!

please stop cheating customers and abusing them!!! the customer services department is weak and lazy!!!
