Don't bother asking for service, falls on deaf ears

After purchasing an engagement ring from the Westville Pavillion store my Fiance and I noticed a crack in the band. Galaxy apologized and sent it off for repairs, well that took forever. We were promised 2-4weeks, ended up waiting approx 8 weeks. Anyway it came back. We then wanted a quote for a wedding band (as my ring is a unique shape). The salesman Sandile promised the quote in 48hours. Well that was the 4th April, glad I wasn't holding my breath! Lodged a complaint on their facebook site on the 17th hoping SOMEONE would get back, they still haven't. I lodged a complaint to the head office to Kim, but I guess she doesn't work there anymore, or is really bad at getting back to customers e-mails. How hard is it to provide a simple flipping quote? We wanted to continue shopping at Galaxy, but after literally NO assistance or feedback, Galaxy can keep their apparently precious quote and their jewelry. My fellow brides and family have been informed, and they will never shop at your stores, which would have come to quite a substantial loss. Here we are, customers wanting to spend money on so called fine jewelry, yet we are blatantly ignored. We'll take our business elsewhere
