Rssels refuses to refund me the money they owe me

I bought furniture worth R13 200.00 on the 18th of January 2013. Russels failed to deliver the furniture, After few attempts to get them to deliver I decided I want refund since they failed to deliver the goods and they were not willing to.
I then spoke to Cynthia who is the manager at Temba city Russels, She then promised to refund me in February
I went back to the shop since she failed to honour her promised and she told me she spoke to the Lawrence Moloi whom was not willing to head as he kept on transferring her to Reception
The lady also started avoiding my calls
I then went to JD group Russels head office in Braamfontein on the 12 April to seek help. I spoke to the lady called Marlene and she promised to help
It has been three months waiting for refund from Russels and they are not willing to help
The next step for me is to take them to court to fight for my rights
I am not advising anyone to buy anything from Russels as they don't care about their customers especially when you pay them full amount before they delive
