Hi,

I bought a lounge suite from Russels about 4 months ago. I got my contract and signed for it but to my surprise when l received my first statement it reflected a balance way above what l expected and what is shown on the contract l signed. I have requested the staff at Northgate Russels to explain the statement to me and they have all failed and do not understand the whole statement themselves. On a number of occasions they have escalated the problem to the Head office who to this date have never made an effort to phone and explain the statement or better still rectify what l see as an error.
I find Russels client service very unacceptable and would like to sound a warning to the public to be aware and take note of what their statements reflect when they shop at Russels or better still find alternative stores that know how to treat their customers and are able to provide good after sales service.
